Those additional requirements may be optional, highly recommended or mandatory. The Health Awareness Tour, LLC will seek to hire contracted staff members primarily and jobs for local workers are also available upon request of those seeking such. The following requirements must be met by all who submit request for contracted or local employment in addition to any specific pre-requisites listed under the career option.

Afterwards, an upgrade to a consistent annual salary can be put into affect. During the probation period, a Runner’s hourly wage shall not be less than $12.91 per hour nor exceed $17.84 per hour. After the elapsed duration of the probation period, a fair and more consistent yearly salary will be granted and shall not exceed a total of $27,750.00 at first signing. The annual salary is considered accounted for in its lone part and does NOT include the hourly wages earned in the probation period, nor does it include any bonuses, incentives, courtesies or the cost of additional benefits added to the Runner’s Contract. More compensation will be added to the Runner’s contract and is classified as secondary compensation above.

Company Courses: All Company Course requirements for a Runner must be passed with an overall score of 73% or higher. The Runner may not exceed one retest attempt per test and is highly recommended to pass 3 out of 6 of their tests with an 80% score. However, any score less than 65% on any one test is unsatisfactory and all testing efforts will be labeled as failing regardless. The Runner will be required and given the proper amount of time in advance to study for a total of 6 quick-start courses over the entire probation period if necessary. These courses will be available 24/7 year round on our company’s You Tube Channel. Rescheduling for additional days to complete the course exams can be done an unlimited number of times but, a payment of $88.00 plus tax, must be received after the first free attempt. The scores above are required to get contract approval and will be compared to other scores contending for the same slot to render services to our company. Higher scores increase your chance of approval but, high scores alone will not guarantee approval.

The annual salary is considered accounted for in its lone part and does not include the hourly wages earned in the probation period, nor does it include any bonuses, incentives, courtesies or the cost of additional benefits added to the Driver’s Contract.

Company Courses: All Company Course requirements for a Driver must be passed with an overall score of 84% or higher. The Driver may not exceed one retest attempt per test and is highly recommended to pass 9 of the 15 exams with an 88%. However, any score less than 78% is unsatisfactory and all testing efforts will be labeled as failing regardless. The Driver will be required and given the proper amount of time in advance to study for a total of 15 quick-start courses over the entire probation period if necessary. These courses will be available 24/7 year round on our company’s You Tube Channel. Rescheduling for additional days to complete the course exams can be done an unlimited number of times but, a payment of $128.00 plus tax, must be received after the first free attempt. Company Courses: All Company Course requirements for a Floor Coordinator must be passed with an overall score of 86% or higher. The Floor Coordinator may not exceed one retest attempt per test and it is highly recommended to pass 12 out of 20 tests with a 92%. However, any score less than 78% is unsatisfactory and all testing efforts will be labeled as failing regardless. The Floor Coordinator will be required and given the proper amount of time in advance to study for a total of 20 quick-start courses over the entire probation period if necessary. These courses will be available 24/7 year round on our company’s You Tube Channel. Rescheduling for additional days to complete the course exams can be done an unlimited number of times but, a payment of $144.00 plus tax, must be received after the first free attempt. Company Courses: All Company Course requirements for a General Manager must be passed with an overall score of 87% or higher. The General Manager may not exceed one retest attempt per test and is highly recommended to pass 14 of the 25 exams with a 93%. However, any score less than 80% is unsatisfactory and all testing efforts will be labeled as failing regardless. The General Manager will be required and given the proper amount of time in advance to study for a total of 25 quick-start courses over the entire probation period if necessary. The Director may not exceed one retest attempt per test and is highly recommended to pass 24 of the 42 exams with a 92% However, any score less than 84% is unsatisfactory and all testing efforts will be labeled as failing regardless. The Director will be required and given ample amount of time in advance to study for a total of 42 quick-start courses over the entire probation period if necessary. Services Expected for the Duration of Probation and Approved Contract: At this level of management, The Contracted Staff Member has received honorary recognition as both a Regional and Divisional Manager. And now sits in the seat of Staff Commander with responsibility toward training, producing and advancing Staff Leaders with regards to Expansion Dynamics. The Director will be under strict guidelines as per Corporate Alliance Rules AND The Secretary Of Staff to give maximum coverage to all divisions and regions under contract to all of their partnering contracted staff members. The President may not exceed one retest attempt per test and is strongly recommended to pass 30 out of the 30 exams with a 100%. In addition, any score less than 100% is unsatisfactory and all testing efforts will be labeled as failing regardless. The President will be required and given ample amount of time in advance to study for a total of 30 quick-start courses over the entire probation period if necessary. These courses will be available 24/7 year round on our company’s You Tube Channel. Rescheduling for additional days to complete the course exams can be done an unlimited number of times but, a payment of $10,000.00 plus tax, must be received after the first free attempt. The scores above are required to get contract approval and will be compared to other scores contending for the same slot to render services to our company. Higher scores increase your chance of approval but, high scores alone will not guarantee approval.

Services Expected for the Duration of Probation and Approved Contract: As the Health Awareness Tour Chief Liaisons Officer AND Head of Hat Internal Affairs. The President will be given near top clearance (Presidential Authority). Therefore, the required contracted services with the Health Awareness Tour will be mostly classified and are not listed here. Company Courses: All Company Course requirements for a Chief Executive President must be passed with an overall score of 99% or higher. The Chief Executive President may not exceed one retest attempt per test and is strongly recommended to pass 38 out of the 40 exams with a 100%. However, any score less than 96% is unsatisfactory and all testing efforts will be labeled as failing regardless. The Chief Executive President will be required and given ample amount of time in advance to study for a total of 40 quick-start courses over the entire probation period if necessary. These courses will be available 24/7 year round on our company’s You Tube Channel. Rescheduling for additional days to complete the course exams can be done up to three times but, a payment of $14,400.00 plus tax must be received after the first free attempt. The scores above are required to help contract approval and will be weighed against other values in the Chairman’s Directives. Higher scores add to your board review success rate but, do not guarantee success.

Services Expected for the Duration of Probation and Approved Contract: As the Health Awareness Tour Head of Financial Administration. The Chief Executive President will be given authority to build and organize an entire accounting department and will be given near top clearance to lead, design, and merge into expanding corporate computer security liaisons. Therefore, the required contracted services with the Health Awareness Tour will be completely classified and are not listed here. The Chief Executive President will work heavily with the financial & technologies officer and regularly interact consistently with all executive groups.

Contract Duration: Contracts begin with up to a 54 month agreement (probation period of up to 180 days then 48 months there after). Re-evaluation will be given post the probation period and then every 12 months thereafter. Re-negotiations become available 30 days beyond the period of the second re-evaluation. All new salary/wages and new contract terms are restricted information as per the confidentiality agreement stated in our Company Policy.

Rescheduling for additional days to complete the course exams can be done up to three times but, a payment of $21,600.00 plus tax must be received after the first free attempt. Services Expected for the Duration of Probation and Approved Contract: As the Health Awareness Tour Head of Board Directives. The Chairman will be given permissions to supervise and give strong recommending directives to ALL BOARD PARTY MEMBERS. They are also able to lead, design and (with little to no approval) merge all presidential departments lead by permanent party board advisors. Therefore, the required contracted services with the Health Awareness Tour will be completely classified and are not listed here. The Chairman will also work heavily with the Chief Executive President and have regular encounters with the Company’s Founder.

The Chief Executive Officer may not exceed one retest attempt per test and is strongly recommended to pass 100 out of 100 exams with a 95%. However, any score less than 95% is unsatisfactory and all testing efforts will be labeled as failing regardless. The Chief Executive Officer will be required and given the proper amount of time in advance to study for a total of 100 quick-start courses over the entire probation period if necessary. These courses will be available 24/7 year round on our company’s You Tube Channel. Rescheduling for additional days to complete the course exams can be done ONCE, a payment of $28,800.00 plus tax must be received after the first free attempt. The scores above are required to help contract approval and will be weighed against other values in the Founder’s Directives. Higher scores are encouraged but, are not necessary nor do they help your approval for CEO.

Services Expected for the Duration of Probation and Approved Contract: As the Health Awareness Tour Head of Company Operations. The Chief Executive Officer will be given permissions to supervise and give approving authority in advance and/or in passing to all executive groups company wide. The CEO will also be charged with the duty of commanding, inspiring and motivating all permanent party board members. Finally, the CEO will have the constant charge of leading, designing and mandating a five to ten year company agenda involving ALL STAFF MEMBERS WITH APPROVED CONTRACTING SERVICES TO OUR COMPANY! Therefore, the required contracted services with the Health Awareness Tour will be completely classified and are not listed here. The Chief Executive Officer will also work heavily with the BOARD OF ADVISORS and have regular encounters with the Company’s Founder.
